What to prepare

To assist with streamlining and reducing the duration of the Review process please provide HR in Health with (or give us access to) the following documents:

  • Payslips for full time, part time & casual HPSS & Nursing staff
  • Sample contracts for full time, part time & casual HPSS & Nursing staff
  • HR related policies and procedures
  • Payroll report of all employed staff showing, name, start date, position, employment status, classification, rate of pay
  • Payroll report showing leave accrual for full time and part time HPSS & Nursing staff
  • Sample of signed on boarding check list for new starters
  • Complete this Staff Review Template of your employees
