We warmly invite you to join us for Speaking Up Safely, an information session designed with care for employees who may be experiencing domestic and family violence (DFV), or who are supporting a loved one through such circumstances and considering whether to share their experience with their workplace.
This session has been created to help you feel informed and empowered. It will walk you through how you might approach a conversation with your workplace, what rights and protections are available to you, and the kinds of support your employer may be able to offer if you choose to disclose your experience.
While the session is not a counselling or crisis support service, it will provide details of a range of trusted organisations and services that offer specialised, confidential assistance — so you can feel confident knowing where to turn.
