Kathy Whiting

Kathy is a Senior HR leader with extensive experience in all aspects of HR & Employee Relations/WHS across a range of industries including NFP; Health; Finance; IT; Scientific Testing, Government, Consulting and FMCG.  Kathy has led the People and Culture function in many organisations, as well as undertaking consulting and workplace investigation services to both large and small businesses.  Additionally, Kathy has held Corporate and Operational senior executive positions in the NFP sector and is commercially focussed with high financial acumen.  Specialist capabilities include developing and executing HR and business strategies and solutions, organisational development and design, employee relations, recruitment, coaching, change and project management, performance management and WHS/Well-being initiatives.

Kathy is a result-oriented professional, with a practical and friendly approach, is client focussed and has a record of high achievement.  Holding Master’s level tertiary qualifications in HR and Business and a professional member of the Australian HR Institute for many years, Kathy is well qualified in HR/Employee Relations to support organisations.
