This onboarding course is designed for health practitioners starting work as contractors within a private practice settings.

Suitable for GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, and nurses operating under a services and facilities arrangement, it provides a clear foundation for understanding legal, professional, and workplace obligations from day one.

Participants will learn what it means to operate as an independent contractor, including how this differs from employment, their responsibilities as a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU), and their role within a shared practice environment.
